|| EMAIL DELIVERIES ||
For customized/personalized digital files, email deliveries are required most of the time. Once the payment together with all party information needed as stated on the listings descriptions are received, turnaround time for this takes 24 – 48 hours (but usually much sooner). So please be sure to read the descriptions on what information is needed and email it to me at sweetpartynyomi [!at] gmail.com to avoid delaying processing time.
The file(s) will be sent to your email address that’s associated with your PayPal account. But feel free to let me know if you want it sent to a different email address.
|| LINK DELIVERY ||
There will come a time when I have to email you with a link where you have to download your purchased digital files. This usually happens for large file sizes such as backdrops. Turnaround time for this takes 24 – 48 hours once payment and all party information is received.
|| FAVORS & SUPPLIES ||
Once in a while, I do have cute affordable party favors & supplies to sell. But as of this time, I only offer USPS First class or Priority shipment and to US residents only. Your items will be packed bubble wrapped and processing them can take up to 48 hours after payment has cleared. Once shipped, it takes 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for First Class Mails and it usually takes 2-4 business days (which excludes weekends and holidays) for Priority Mails. Both may take longer during peak/holiday seasons.
For physical shipment, it will be shipped to the address that is on your PayPal account. But feel free to let me know if you want it shipped to a different shipping address.
You will receive a tracking number to track your order
For an additional fee, you may add insurance to your package. Please convo me prior to making any final purchases.

Due to the nature of digital files, there will be no refunds. But please email me for any problems and I will work with you and your file(s) until you are absolutely happy.
|| FAVORS & SUPPLIES ||
If the items are damaged, email me within 48 hours of receipt and attach a photo of the damage item, and I will send you another one or refund, whichever works best for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason at all with the item, please give me a chance to resolve the problem before issuing a feedback. You can also email me a description of what was wrong with it and send the item back within 10 business days. The buyer pays return shipping and a refund will be issued upon receiving the returned item.
Even though I am not responsible for postal service delays or lost mails, if your order does not arrive, I can happily offer a refund after 20 business days.
The buyer's cooperation and honesty is necessary in order for me to offer a refund. Refund will be issued in accordance with PayPal's refund policies.

Please bear in mind that the color variations you see varies from monitor to monitor and from printer to printer and depends on the type of paper you use. All my files are created in RGB mode and are meant for home printing on a full sheet paper.
You may request to create the files in CMYK mode.
If you plan to take the files to a lab instead, please email me their printing dimensions requirements.
